If you need more than your plan
Pay-as-you-go is optional, and it stays off until you turn it on. If a month runs past your allowance, you can enable it and keep working — anything extra is billed with your next invoice, at one credit per penny or cent. You set a spend cap when you switch it on, so it cannot run away.
Most people never need it. It is there for the months you go beyond your tier, not a second way to buy a seat.

Frequently asked questions
There are two self-serve plans and an Enterprise option. Pro gives you 7,000 credits a month, unlimited projects and multicam. Ultra gives you 40,000 credits a month plus priority processing. Enterprise adds custom volume, credits shared across the team, and onboarding.
Credits are how you pay for the work Nice Touch does. A generated edit costs 100 credits. Analysing footage costs 250 credits an hour, or about 4.2 a minute, charged on the length of the footage rather than how long we take. Chatting, searching and reading transcripts are free, and so is anything that fails or you cancel.
On Pro, roughly three fully worked projects a month: think three hours of footage and eighteen generations for a branded short. Credits are the only limit, so there is no separate cap on storage, projects or how much you analyse.
Every paid plan can be billed monthly or annually. Choosing annual saves roughly 20% — about two months free compared with paying month to month, with exactly the same credits. You can switch billing intervals or cancel at any time.
Pay-as-you-go is optional and stays off until you turn it on. If you enable it, anything beyond your monthly credits is billed with your next invoice at one credit per penny or cent, and you set a spend cap so it cannot run away. If you would rather not, you can move up a plan or wait for the reset.
No. Your allowance resets at the start of each billing period. If you consistently finish the month with credits to spare, you are on the wrong plan and should move down.
Prices are shown in GBP, USD or EUR based on your region, and all listed prices exclude VAT. A plan is the same number of credits in every currency. Payments are handled securely through Stripe.
Multicam is included on every self-serve plan (Pro and Ultra) at no extra cost, and on Enterprise.
